Could not load my video file of my fuji xt-3

Hi everyone,

I made a video with my Fuji XT-3,

i have movie studio platinum 17 build 204

I try with install quicktime and enable the support in the configuration menu but nothing.

somebody have an idea how I can do it without lose video quality?

Did you also allowed the use of Quicktime Plugin in Options/Preferences Deprecated Features?

yes but didn't work, I also try to install Quicktime 7.6, I have windows 10 home version 2004, and I also try with the installation of K-Lite Codec Pack mega

Tried resetting Vegas' preferences? Hold SHIFT+CTRL and double click the shortcut.

Thank for your help, I try to reset the preference and remove the codec pack, but i didn't solve my problem,

I made with HandBrake  a conversion and the program accept the file but the quality of the file is less, can be that movie studio doesn't support depth of color of 10bit?

attached the media info maybe you can see something that I missed,

Set Handbrake to constant framerate instead of variable framerate. VMS doesn't like vfr. Also I would convert to AVC instead of HEVC with Handbrake.

thanks for the help, I think I found the problem, Movie Studio 17 Platinum doesn't support 10bit Bit depth, when I import my video directly from my camera at 8bit movie studio recognize without problem and without need the conversion instead with 10bit the video doesn't imported in the program also if I converted in mp4 with h.264 or h265 codec
