Ctrl v (Paste doesent work)

Hello, paste doesent work and i do not know why. Before paste or ctrl v works normal. A tried everything, reinstall but nothing happens. All options shortcuts is set normal Please help !!!!

Maybe a user error?

One needs to Copy before one can Paste?
