Does Vegas Post Subscription Service require internet at all times?

Does Vegas 19 post subscription package require consistent internet connection or can it be run without an internet connection? I can’t find any references to this question anywhere. And how is tech support/customer support? I just called magix during their business hours to ask this simple question and was immediately, though nicely and gently, deflected to email them and not to talk on the phone. Is this normal not to be able to readily get help via phone?

Thanks. I saw that but I thought it may be different with the monthly subscription service for some reason versus a single payment download. So no phone support anymore. That’s cool long as live chatting online is available.

And is chat available only for 4 hours on days it’s available? The post says 12:00 till 4:00 or is this referring to 12 noon till 4am?

Monday to Friday, 12pm-4pm, US Central Daylight Time. Currently GMT-5.

("When most people say 12pm, typically they're talking about the middle of the day: 12 noon" or vice versa.)

I go by 24 hour clock thus my confusion.

12pm-4pm means 12:00 - 16:00

I also need some times to become used to am pm terms as I personally prefer 24-hour number.
