I bought VEGAS PRO 10 on February 16th 2012. In about 2014, DVD Architect 5.2 stopped loading after about 1 year on Windows 10. Every time I try to open it the Sony 'Your DVD Architect Pro Trial has Expired' box appears asking to either buy the product or insert the Serial number and submit. I insert the Serial number and submit but the box re-opens again and basically I'm in a loop to nowhere. But VEGAS PRO 10 works perfectly.

That was 1 week ago. Since then I've gone into the 'MAGIX Pro Audio - Service Centre', and I've constantly gone back to these sites, re-entering my serial number, computer I.D. all the while messages keep coming up that I've entered the wrong 'Serial Number' or 'Computer I.D.' I just want my DVD Architect 5.2 software that I payed for, that came all the way from Livonia in Michigan USA, to me in Australia, to open and operate as per normal if anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it very much. Thanks for your help. Thanks to those who already tried to help, I feel like i've tried everything that they've suggested.
A phone number to speak to tech support at VEGAS or MAGIX would be helpful, if possible.
