WhatsApp are max out below 3 minute if Im not mistaken. Try use Telegram, from telegram share the media directly into Wassap (WhatsApp)

3 minutes long and 16 MB big is the limitation for WhatsApp videos.

Any program can encode for WhatsApp. All of these file types are independent standards.

Reduce the bit rate to keep file size down.

Then you need to reduce the resolution and shorten the film. 16MB is really small- a few seconds of HD video.

I got ur point, VP bit rate is bit diff compared to PR, I able to tweak few stuff in PR export settings and the MB pack just nice for Wastapp.

VEGAS tend to produces huge MB even with similar settings just like in PR

Try compare rendering it via voukoder plug-in. Resize your video to 640x360, render in voukoder with x264 option.

If you using WhatsApp Desktop version, you can upload up to 64 MB mp4. if using mobile phone only up to 17 MB (or about 3 minutes max). I can send 10 minutes video from WA Desktop Application
