Are you really sure that you are using the correct serial number (with no typing errors) matching to the product you have? (I have myself made that error recently and after registering about 40 products on my account should have known better.)

And regarding the program running, check this.

Did you read the edit in my comment re running? And re the S/N check once again.

And which program (and version number) are you actually trying to register? Did you get your S/N in your order confirmation email from MAGIX?
