Error -2147163964

Just started downloading VEGAS Pro 14.0 and came up with the error below. I'm not much of a tech guy so any help in the simplest of words would be greatly appreciated! Says it is version 14.0.0 (Build 270)

Im Forum scheint eine wirkliche Lösung nicht zu finden zu sein.
