error -24

I had to reinstall software due to windows but when I enter my serial number I get -24 on all my MAGIX software. The email is the same on my account.

Ask VEGAS Support if the Support article did not help.

Your serial code and email address are paired. You must use the email address you used when VP was originally activated/registered. The email address you use to log-in to the Vegas forums could be different.
