error code -24

I can't seem to figure out how to get my old registration re-installed on my new PC. Vegas Pro 14 keeps stating that I have already used this code. I never had a web account when I first got it (only just created it with the same email as original purchase). I purchased it through the Humble Bundle a couple years ago. I could have sworn it was attached to my Steam account, as a result, and it's the reason why I didn't create an account back then.

From Magix Sales Dept.: "HumbleBundle buyers receive a standard serial number. They can register it in the MAGIX account." Have you checked what's listed on your MAGIX Account > My products?

Thanks for the reply. I registered the product back in 2017, and only just now created an account on Vegas/Magix. I can't enter in the code to attach it to my account because of that...

I started to submit a ticket, but I must have been in the wrong area, as it wanted me to either pay or be subscribed? I don't know. I just clicked out. I know they have to protect their products, but this is way too messy to have to get it installed again. I will try one more time to submit a ticket.
