error code - 24

Please Help with Error code -24, I have two computers with the same email address. I was able to download in the 1st computer. I wanted to download on my 2nd computer the error code -24 appeared. I do not intend to use on first computer. How can I solve this problem and move the activation to the 2nd computer? The email is correct (movie studio 17 suite)

You could also try logging into your Magix account here https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

Go to "My products" and look for MS17 Suite and under Serial Number click "Show more details". This will show the activation slots being used. You are allowed two. Possibly your first pc is occupying both. It does sometimes happen with an update. If so deactivate one. Then download from your account and your second computer should then activate.

Also try to avoid typos by copying and pasting email addresses and serial numbers if you can.
