Error Code 24 Registration Issue

I purchased Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum yesterday with my primary email address. Then when it installed today it asked me for my login and I used my secondary email address for that login. Now, when I open the application, it says it is registered to my primary email address. However, when I login to my Magix account online, it says it is registered to my secondary address. This makes it so that whenever I try to edit anything in the program I get an error code 24. It tells me to contact Magix directly but I have no idea how to get to them. Hopefully this works. Thanks.

@Ryker-Eggenberger My understanding is that only Magix staff can alter the email address to which it is registered despite the option in your Magix account.

If vkmast's links don't resolve your problem try going to your Magix account and altering the email address to that you used to purchase. Clear the two activation slots. Then open VMS17 and activate using your purchase email address.

Using more than one email address with Magix appears to cause problems.
