Error in editing AVC files on Windows 11 Pro + RTX2060

When I import new video files MP4 (H264 - MPEG 4 - AVC part 10 with MPEG-AAC audio) to Sony Vegas Pro 18 Edit or Sony Vegas Pro 19 Edit in Trial Version on first click PLAY in timline everything works corretly. But when I try edit this video after a few seconds video don't play correctly. I see only part of random frame with two big horizontal bars and negative/random colours on this bars. I don't know where is proablems. I try this with with many different video files. Proablems is only with MP4/AVC files. This video files are correctly played on VLC or imported to Davinci Resolve. I use Windows 11 Pro on ASUS laptop with RTX2060.

The immediate concern is that you are ascribing Sony ownership to Vegas Pro 18 and 19 - typical of those who have recently obtained Vegas Pro via pirate websites. I use legal Vegas software from 2009 year, when I bought first sony Vegas Pro 8 software. I bought many upgrades for this software. When You using Vegas software over 13 years... its natural to using name "Sony" ;) for correct identify VEGAS word to NLE software. I do not have time to prove the legality of my software. Please trust me - it's legal.

Dit you try to allow Quicktime in Options/Preferences/Deprecated Features?
I like to have such a file.
Is it possible for you to load a smal piece of the original file to a place like Dropbox, where we can download it unharmed for testing.
Can you also post here screenshots of your Options/Preferences/Video and File I/O and Help/Check for Driver Updates?

@Pawe-Tutka please note that "versions 14 and later come from VEGAS Creative Software. The VEGAS Team advises that they want to avoid the appearance of misusing a brand that isn't theirs." (I'm sure Sony does not like the wrong branding either.)

I don't see any issue with this file.

AMD Ryzen 7 4800H has Radeon Graphics which are known to have driver issues. Can you go to help/driver update and download a newer Radeon driver if one exists?

After installing new drivers for AMD CPU I saw error on importing mp4 files and this video cannot be added into timeline. When I reinstall Vegas software and drivers to RTX 2060, my mp4 files  import correctly and my proablem is solved. Thanks for help.
