When trying to import videos files from the laptop (Windows 10 OS) to my Vegas studio 17.0 Platinum timeline it refuses to take any of my videos and shows error-24 "contact Magix for support" and other time error-24 "This serial number has already been registered to another email address. please contact Magix support" without further explanation. It seems that the program doesn't know why it wont take it, it just wont.

All videos I am trying to import were recorded on my Nikon D3500 DSLR.

I've looked for similar articles in the support forum but cannot find anything similar.
