The other day there was a CHAT box available, but today there is not. Is there a certain time for this? They told me I could install the software on 2 of my computers, in my PRODUCTS it shows my software is on 2 but both the same one. I dont want to deactivate the wrong one in order to install on my 2nd computer. Can anyone help me? Thank you
Note that "Deactivating from your My Account logged in from a browser is limited to once a month per serial number." But another option is to use the software's Help > Deactivate the Program. According to Support "you can use this option as often as you wish. An online connection is required to do this. This then frees up an activation for a new installation." As here. No uninstalling, you should be OK using what john-brown suggests.
