How do we contact a support person?

I have movie studio versions 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17. I film with a Sony HDR TD10 Stereo camera. I need MSP to convert the files to anaglyph and sbs. I use anaglyph to create stereo videos for youtube. The anaglyph function no longer works with Windows 10. I re-installed all the versions to run in compatibility with Windows 8. MSP 13 briefly did anaglyph. Now it will not. I tried a Windows 10 reinstall without updates. I ran MSP 13 in compatibility with Windows 8. Again, it worked briefly. Now it does not. How do we actually get technical support. The sites seems designed to have us not do that. Do we need to install Windows 8 by itself for these to work? Does MSP 18 & 19 support anaglyph 3D? Thank you.

Please note that Movie Studio 18 is not a VEGAS product any more. It's a totally different product developed and released by the MAGIX products side of the company. The VEGAS Movie Studio product line has been discontinued since v.17, so it's not developed any more.

Support for it is not available on this site. However, support for Movie Studio 18 is available from the MAGIX user forum https://www.magix.info/us/video-forum/movie-edit-pro/

For comments re VEGAS MSP you need to continue in your own previous thread here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/3d-feature-not-working--132290/

Advice for contacting VEGAS Support is e.g. here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/customer-support--132075/#ca823263

The OP raised this issue in Vegas Pro's forum ...

https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/3d-feature-not-working--132290/

... but it seems from his pic uploads that it is MSP 17 and earlier that he has an issue about. The issue about Windows versions was discussed in the Vegas Pro forums. Basically, 3D is less-and-less supported these days - and it was suggested in the Vegas Pro forum that he dedicate an offline computer with an earlier version of Windows that supports his 3D apps.

As most of us already know, Vegas Movie Studio is now a discontinued product and thus it is most unlikely that there will be any more updates to that product.

The OP seems confused about the difference between Vegas Pro and Vegas Movie Studio (posting on both forums for example). The pic uploads show Movie Studio but the reference to 18 and 19 would probably refer to Vegas Pro 18 and 19 given that the replacement for Movie Studio does not as yet have a version 19.

Do we need to install Windows 8 by itself for these to work?
