I knew Marco. had done that but did not yet find it either. Note though that less recent versions (don't remember which) had "only" 200+200 and earlier versions much less..

Just empty tracks or also filled with events?

Yes, I dug that up as well. Interestingly, I found this in Steve Grisetti's VMS 14 P Guide: "In Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 14, you can have up to 200 video and a virtually unlimited number of audio tracks on your timeline".

Not sure if that is quite correct, but I've tested VMS 17 P like Marco. and got 200+ video tracks (no events). I wonder if the OP really needs more?

Just creating endless tracks is no effort, working with and rendering endless tracks is another question. 😉
