i have lag problems with my video display on movie studio 15 platinum

if i play my video it will lag i have no idea how ive tried restarting my pc and my project but nothing worked can some pleas explain how this happens?

When you give here your projectsettings, MediaInfo of the sourcefiles and added effects maybe someone gives you an idea.
