I thought I get Vegas Pro 19 for free

I'm told it won't be long at all before the last of the serials is sent out... hang in there another day or two if you don't get it today. If you still don't get it, please reach out via the emails listed above in spigot's post.

Finally, the v19 product did not show up in the "My products" page until after I installed & registered it. There may be reasons for that

@spigot Yes, my experience is that it only shows up in "My products" after you have registered it.

I bought Vegas pro post in June it is only 2 months is there anyway that i can receive Vegas post 19 for free upgrade?

The 18+19 offer was valid from July 1, 2021 to August 17, 2021. I guess you could ask emailing shop@magix.net. No promises.

Odd. The offer seemed to be available in June if purchasing Vegas Post. Although the fact that I've yet to receive the 19 serial might suggest some confusion on this ...

Odd. Perhaps some sort of personal Mandela Effect. I've got a query in about it with Magix Sales, whom I now suspect will confirm what you are saying.

As long as they respond quickly there is still a fairly good upgrade price available against Post 19 that I can take advantage of - but don't want to jump the gun

Here it is August 27th, 2021 and I'm still waiting on my email for the Vegas 19 updgrade. I've been checking the spam folder daily and it hasn't shown up there. Thanks.

I emailed sales as have not received my V19 upgrade serial here in the States as of 8/30. They emailed back that it could still take another week.
