Hi, 

I purchased Movie Studo Plat. 13 a while ago, and it recently started misbehaving.  

I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it... but it says I have to purchase it.

So, I did... and am now stuck in a loop that makes me enter the serial number to register, then it says "the app will need to restart"... but then returns to the previous screen... telling me to enter the serial number, and so on.

Needless to say, I cannot install the app .

Can you help PLEASE tell me what I need to do to install it?  Thank you.

Customize the workaround for your MS Platinum.

And if your app starts misbehaving, try to "reset software to default settings" first.

Thanks vkmast!  Worked like a charm!!!

 

Question - do you know how to keep to 15 min audio files sync'ed till the end?  During preview, they get out of sync and it's driving me crazy.  However, if I hit ENTER, they sync up again... making it very difficult to determine whether or not I should waste the hr rendering the video.

 

Any and ALL advice is greatly appreciated.
