Just need to know if it's at all possible to load M2ts file (with HEVC codec) into Vegas Pro 16. Supposedly it should work with HEVC, but it isn't. Tried to demux it to HEVC video, still no chance. What am I missing? Many thanks!

Thanks so much, XMedia Recode worked as charm - the mp4 loaded into Vegas just fine! But here I have another problem when trying to render this video out of Vegas - even though the rendered file has HDR, the colors do seem off - not as bright as on the original file. Do you have any advise/suggestion on what would be the settings for rendering, so that the rendered our file has the same quality of HDR? Any help would be very much appreciated!
