Where do i find the Magix serial number. I downloaded my Vegas movie studio 17 direct and did not receive a CD ROM.
Vegas movie studio 17 platinum. Build 204 I can download this but that's it. When i am prompted to upload the update nothing happens.
If you bought the digital version from the vegascreativesoftware.com Online Shop, you should have received the order confirmation mail with serial numbers from MAGIX.

Hi me again. I now have my serial number thank you very much for your info but i still cannot download the latest build 204. When i wait for the count down to send me to the next page for a direct link nothing happens, when i click on the highlighted text still nothing happens. please help lol
Go to your Magix account, log in there and download it out of your Products
Its not in my products nothing thee to download.
Than there is not a product registered under your email.
By trying to download through the link you got, try to use now another browser and free your account from locking programs to contact through the internet.
As you have your serial number for the product, you could also go to MAGIX Download Center. User another browser if Chrome does not download.
