I have tried every method from old years: 2020, 2017, 2016,... but none of them are understandable. Please help me solve this situation.

@5s2y, this is your first post. You have failed to give any information in your User Profile, nor included your computer specs and what type of monitor (resolution) you are using.
Here is a screenshot of TV Simulation VFX in VP18, 20, and 22 and it appears correctly. Also, look at my preference settings.
