Movie Studio 16 render extreme slow!

I am using the same settings and rendering profiles.

How could it be? what is wrong? How can I improve rendering speed?

Which settings and profiles?
all very strange with me it renders in VMS 16 on laptop with more than 100fps. with Magix AVC FDH 50p with NVENC( help from the Nvidia).

It was hidden since I marked "Match Project Settings"

I tried it and it's a little faster, about 9.77 FPS average.

Took 7:16 min for a 2:49 min Video. (4236 Frames)

Getting VERY slow on lower 3rd! about 3-4FPS.

Driver: 460.89

The best there is.
I think I can help you no further , but if you want faster and better options use the Platinum version and/or upgrade to a newer. You can always use a trial for 30 days to compare

That is a totally different version than you stated in your O.P.
What buildnumber do you use?
If it is the latest 204 a total reset is a possibility. How to do ?

The last VMS 16 Platinum build was #175, but some features will not work unless you have Win 10. Build 142 works with Win 7, but it may be a bit hard to find as only the latest builds of vs. 16 and 17 can now be downloaded from MAGIX.

I don't remember if I installed 167 or not and re installed 109....

could be that I only downloaded it and no installed.

Do you know anything about 167?
