Hi,

when I try to open Movie Studio Platinium 13 I get message "this apllication will restart to complete the upgrade process" and then nothing happens and program is not opening.

I purchased full version of the program around two months ago and it stopped working (it was not opening), so I re-installed the program and when I enter serial number I get this message

Does anyone know how to solve this issue ?
