It's not that old. Have you checked the status of your activations on your MAGIX Account > My products?

Thank you, but it’s only registered to my old computer.
Dunno what else to try at this stage.

After telling me there’s no internet connection I end prog & it’s saying there’s no license to use this software.

Durr.....

You did check that there was a space on your Account not used for product activation?

jim-a wrote on 5/15/2020, 3:50 AM

Yep, there’s only my old PC listed & a blank space.

Check this thread (towards the end) and see if the solution there would help in your case.

Tried that with no success.

This is a Mac book pro bootcamped.
It’s an Intel i5-3210M CPU @ 2.5GHz with 16meg RAM running W7 ultimate 64bit.
Starting to wonder if it just doesn’t have enough grunt.....

That shouldn't affect activation.

I’d almost given up on this but had a quick look this morning & still got a message along the lines of....

“the webpage you are trying to connect with, doesn’t have security certificates up to date”

So I tried to log into creative cow & got a similar message.
Now I’m pretty sure this is NOT the case... so I’m thinking this bootcamped mid 2012 MBP laptop has issues.

I can get onto eBay etc, but there are some sites that it just has trouble with. The creative cow site obviously is one.

So..... There are 3 driver issues that I haven’t nailed yet but didn’t think they would matter.

1, the onboard web camera. 2, Bluetooth & 3, an Intel USB3 driver...(which I suspect may ??? Have something to do with this)
Any ideas please ?

Really getting a bit over this now.
