need help with effects (it doesnt show up)

There s a work bar where u can see project media, transitions, effects and etc. But only project media and transitions shows up. There s no effects, video FX , explorer.....etc. How Am I supposed to make them show up??? HELP!!!! ( I am using Sony vegas pro 14 )
