Never received upgrade offer emails

As I read about the VP13 310 release I'm sitting here thinking it might finally be time to give Vegas Pro another try. Thing is, I never received an email stating special pricing - I checked my profile settings and I'm suppose to be receiving emails from SCS. Also checked my spam folder - nothing there from SCS either... IS it too late?

Just by typing my email address into Google. the FIRST HIT is an open link to my email preferences page, where anyone can (and has) changed my email preferences with Sony at will.
