new computer

This is the person who purchased'vegas movie studio 17 platunum'. I installed it on the'A' notebook and wrote it. The'A' laptop broke and I tried to use the'B' computer. When I try to install this program, I get an error message. 'Error code: -24' It's stuffy. What can I do and how can I solve the problem? After formatting the'A' laptop, there is no trace of this program. Help.

I saw what you told me and tried.
Of course I thought'it will be now' and ran the program on my new computer.
But I still get a'-24' error.

How can I solve the problem?

I'm sorry if I'm not intelligent enough to find the solution to my problem. Is there anyone from Vegas support that will help me. Please Help. I get error code: -24. I bought Movie Studio 17 Platinum from Sweetwater Music. It was working fine. I had to reset my HP Envy computer (Win10) and then tried to re-install Movie Studio 17 Platinum. As far as I can tell, I am using the same email address and serial number as original install. Please help with this problem. Thank you - Tom
