There was a recent Hub problem that prevented access to the Hub, but that was quickly resolved and before and since the period of that problem I've had no problem accessing the Hub in Vegas Pro 22.

So a question from left field - for your internet connection, are you using a VPN? If yes, from which country to which country?

I really don't get why you can't log into the Service Center. It hasn't been down at all as far as I know (just logged in to check). You've tried different browsers, held shift and clicked refresh to clear the browser cache?

Thanks for the replies. When was there trouble with the hub and how was it resolved? I'm not using a VPN. Note, I don't have trouble logging into the hub. I can do searches but I can't download media. When I try to log into the Magix Service center I always see

Magix LoginRegister.Errors.USER_LOCKED

I've had no explanation from Magix about this, despite asking. I haven't tried logging into the Vegas service center for a while but I'll try with a different browser. I kept seeing messages about the need to allow cookies when I wasn't blocking them All my browsers are set to flush the cache when I close them.

The problem was in late December last year - please see: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vegas-hub--148109/#ca931489

The last comment several days ago in that thread is from a Vergas staff member who wrote:

Thanks, I'd missed that thread. I've not been able to download video since Vegas 22 came out. That applies to previous versions of Vegas as well.

Well, this is getting Kafkaesque. I tried visiting the Vegas Pro Support Center with a chrome browser. A pop-up appeared about cookies. I chose to accept all of them - and then I saw the error message saying:

You have deactivated cookies.

You must activate cookies in your browser to be able to use the MAGIX Service Center

I feel like I'm being targeted for oblivion.

What security settings are you using? If it has high security settings they may need to be lowered at least for this page.

I'm not that expert with Chrome these days so perhaps other settings are hidden elsewhere. I was able to login to Magix with Chrome here without any issues.

Thanks for the idea. I was using the lowest level of security: No protection.

Hmm, I'm a bit puzzled as to what is going on.

Is this the right email address for your account? I was able to login to the service center and Hub within VEGAS with the same address and password for both.

Hmm, I'm a bit puzzled as to what is going on.

OK, recap. I can't enter an email address using the Vegas Pro service center as the website complains about cookies:

You have deactivated cookies.

You must activate cookies in your browser to be able to use the MAGIX Service Center

With the original Magix Service Center login I can enter my account details but get the error message:

Magix LoginRegister.Errors.USER_LOCKED

Whichever service center I try to use I'm blocked from logging in

Delete the coockies, and accept coocies when you try to log in after that.

Tried this with multiple browsers - doesn't work. I keep seeing the message: "You have deactivated cookies" when I haven't. I can now log into the Magix Service Center but I can't find a method for sending a support request for Vegas Pro. I have some time over the next week so I would really like to find a solution for both accessing the Vegas support Center and stock media.

There's a Support link in the header of this forum - the link takes you to https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/vegas-pro--1/

There's a Contact Support link at the bottom of this webpage.

Other than that, which country are you in?

Or another path described here (listed in Forum News Messages, Important Posts):

(Note p.2)

Thanks Dexcon and vkmast. I followed both methods you suggested. When I tried to log in I was refused:

LoginRegister.Errors.USER_LOCKED

This used to happen with Magix support but I can sign into that now.
