Old versions

When I buy the Vegas Pro license, will I be able to use the old versions? Like Sony Vegas 11?

Each copy of Vegas has its own serial number. If you already have older versions with their serial numbers, you are fine. But you can't purchase a recent version and then use that serial on an older version.

@urick-p Every version (e.g. 17, 18, 19, 20, 21) of VEGAS Pro has its own specific serial number. So your VEGAS Pro 21 serial number is valid for VEGAS Pro 21. Only VEGAS Pro 21 can be activated with that serial number.

Multiple versions of Vegas can be installed on the same PC w/o issue, for instance, . I currently have VP 9, 16 and 21 installed on my Win 10 PC and all coexist without issue.

Same with Sound Forge, I have versions 10 through 17 installed,, and in some cases, both the x64 and x86 versions.. which share many of the settings.
