on amazon.com at 7:40AM eastern time. It's going for 43 right now. i imagine it will be about 30 during the sale. If you want to upgrade, it will be a good time to do so.

"43" What? US dollars, euros, pesos? Which country? Anyhow, it's regularly availble for less on Amazon. But not knowing what currency you're referring to, it's hard to comment.

Seems to be the US site and the price the OP quoted is the current discounted price in USD there. The sale he's referring to is the upcoming limited-time CyberMonday deal which will open in an hour so as I post this.
Haven't seen the MSPlat 13 price getting that low in Europe yet, though it's been the case with MSPlat 12 for some time now.

edit: the deal is USD 37.99 (D/L, U.S. only) for a few hours today.

Sorry If I was not specific enough. Also they have 12 on there for 20 something, which some of us might prefer 12 due to the buttons that don't look like dinner plates.
