If you contact the vendors via email address used to purchase the software I am sure they will be able to assist you.

It's not a scam. I cannot find my original emai from Magix in gmail, can anyone assist

I undstand that. I'm looking for the title of the email. Would it be sales, product key etc.

Checking Vegas Pro's website, it seems that tech support is available through your My Account via:

I thought that there was another avenue on the website which does not need an account but I cannot find it or it is no longer available.

Without trying to rub it in, always print off important info like serial numbers or copy/save to a word processor to avoid lost info.

The former one seems somewhat broken regarding the links in Support dropdown menu.
