It's not a scam. I cannot find my original emai from Magix in gmail, can anyone assist

since you are legit, just login to your magix account on the webpage to recover. can't login? reset your password. Can't do that? not legit. good luck

I undstand that. I'm looking for the title of the email. Would it be sales, product key etc.

Checking Vegas Pro's website, it seems that tech support is available through your My Account via:

https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/service-center/\

I thought that there was another avenue on the website which does not need an account but I cannot find it or it is no longer available.

Without trying to rub it in, always print off important info like serial numbers or copy/save to a word processor to avoid lost info.

To me it seems that https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/service-center/ is another version of https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

The former one seems somewhat broken regarding the links in Support dropdown menu.
