Please update my old licensed Sony Vaio Vegas Movie Studio Software

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me with my technical problem regarding your software. I purchased a Sony Laptop dated 2013 and it came with the Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum Version 11.0

I began to love using it for editing my let's play video game and have been dependent from it for years.

But right now it is giving me a problem. I keep on importing new media but it keeps on crashing and asking me to send a report.

after that it is giving me a link where I can update my software Version 11.0322(from what I can remember) but it only takes me to your home page with no clue where to get that update. and i searched and found nothing to help me further.

I have seen some post (searched on Google) with the same problem and it has some solutions dated 2015/2016. I checked the link they gave thru that thread but it is giving me different answers now..

Please help me update my software.

You'll now be able to download Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11 last build 322. See advice in sections 3 and 4. in the link below.

It was missing for quite a while but MAGIX has now corrected this omission.

Thank you for your help. I appreciate it very much.

I thought my problem was resolved already until I try to install the update..

The download was successful, I copy and paste the license number and was able to download the update file.

the installation was successful but unfortunately I wasn't able to foresee that it will ask me my license again for the product before going inside the Movie Studio V. 11(newly updated) one.

I was not able to save the serial number on a notepad for future use. (i didn't expect it would ask me that again!)

So, I would have to go inside the software, in the about section to get the correct number. but it is not letting me.

Do you have any idea where I could find that serial number?

I didn't bought the software in a box. it was already included in my Sony Vaio Laptop.automatically.

I registered it online twice when it asked me on a pop up days ago when I was using the software. It holds all my info. name, address, and email ad. So i assume my details are attached to the product license somewhere in the Sony data. or in your data.

Or is it possible for me to uninstall the update I made just to get the serial license and re-install again? Kindly take me through the steps.

I was able to create an account with SCS with the right email address and the license code are there. thank you! :)
