Problem with Video Preview in VEGAS Pro 18

I have problem with Video Preview in Vegas Pro 18. If I add Video fx plugin Video Preview stops when Video Event fx window is open. I know annoying solution for this problem. I have to close Video Preview Window and open Video Preview Window again when Video Event fx window is open. In this case Video Preview Window works correctly until I reopen Video Event fx window again.

How to fix Video Preview freezing when the Video Event fx window is opened?

In the first line of the post there is also once again a wrong branding.
Maybe the errors are related to the fact that the manufacturer of the software did not work properly.
I would contact the seller.
