I keep receiving an error -24 message, which signals I may have my Magix account under another email address. It's possible it is registered under an employee with my organization's IT department. However, that employee is no longer with the organization. Any solutions? Is there a support line where I can send someone the email that this might be logged in under to help me out? I am operating on a Dell Latitude 7410.
