Besides VEGAS Support advised in the link above, you might also try this (on weekdays excluding some U.S. holidays): "visit www.vegascreativesoftware.com/support between the hours of 12:00 and 4:00 Central (currently GMT-5) Monday through Friday and use the chat widget in the lower-right-hand corner to chat directly to a support rep."
Thank you for your response. I'm happy to report CD Architech is up and running. I tried everything I could think of but nothing worked. Earlier today on a whim, I right clicked on the icon and saw Troubleshoot Compatability. I thought why not. I selected an option and the orginal registration form came up. I thought I've already filled this out several times but why not. I filled it out, hit enter and the program opened. Works fine now.
