Rendering progress box not showing during rendering ....

Rebooted laptop, now when I render there is no dialogue box showing progress.

@Dave-Galegor - Ouch! Have you tried to use other Templates? Do you get the same AWOL outcome, and result?

Thank you Grazie, Yes I did try that... same outcome. I went ahead and purchased Vegas 21, installed it...no problem. But I still want to figure out how to fix it, 20 needs to be on this laptop...21 needs to be on my primary editing machine

My renewal for Vegas Pro Post comes up in about a week, so I went ahead and renewed it. The problem (unless they have changed it) is that the Pro Post serial number can only be on 1 machine. If you buy Vegas Pro Edit (unless they changed it) then you can have it on 2 machines. So I probably will just go ahead and pick up a copy of pro edit for my laptop and backup editing PC.

The 365 subscriptions can be activated on 1 device at a time, perpetual versions on 2 devices.

Please read the quote from the main FAQs post, item 9:

"To deactivate a device, so you can activate a different one, visit your MAGIX account > My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate. This option can be used only once a month.

In VEGAS Pro 14.0 or later, you can also choose Deactivate the Software on this PC from the Help menu This option can be used as often as you wish. An internet connection is required."

And from the website's Online Shop (click the circled "i" beside the pricing of annual subscription):

"The contractual period of VEGAS Pro Post 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement.--- A cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer number to: infoservice@magix.net" (You can now also cancel using the option in your MAGIX account > My contracts.)

Nobody's figured out restoring the render box from what I can tell. You can enable a superior one with this free tool (lets you even pause renders): https://www.semw-software.com/en/extensions/

That should never happen on an edit workstation. Though the damage may already be done, you should change your power configuration.

Yes, the webpage isn't updated but that doesn't mean it won't work. You can try it yourself with Voukoder, I haven't tested the combination.
