@hanif-noormohamed but you still gave no information to the Vegas forum members that was asked for.... so how can anyone make a comment on your problem?
I wanted to reach out to the forum and see if someone has already experienced this issue. No worries , I have already reached out to Magix support , hopefully they will be able to troubleshoot.
