Sony Vegas Pro 13 - Half of the Vid FX screens are blocked off

Idk what happened but I just got a new computer and installed vegas pro, then i got this when i was editing.
I've never had this problem before. does any one know how to remove this problem if you do please comment.

so i found 1 solution but im stuck at the

CTRL+F = FIND FUNCTION then type "MS Sans Serif 8,10,12,14,18,24"

I FOUND IT:

download sserife.fon
and boom your done!!!!
