I've been trying to open a support ticket for about 3 weeks, I tried multiple times, and it doesn't seem to be working. I don't get an email for the support ticket. Does anyone know what is going on?

I have an open question in the forum. But i tried open a support ticket multiple times and no emails are coming from them when you open the case. I waited 2 weeks and got no response, so I tried to open another ticket early last week, and still no response.
