I have no idea how this is even happening, but I'm trying to buy Vegas Edit and it won't let me. It keeps going back after I enter my card info (Which I know is correct, I've entered it several times now). I have not received any email, I haven't been redirected to the next steps, I've tried two different browsers in two different operating systems, nothing. It keeps doing the same thing: taking me back a step and letting me try again. Nowhere is it saying my card is declined, so I'm assuming it's not that. Not sure how to get around this... I'd like to buy the program, but the website isn't allowing me to do so. It would be really nice if there was a Customer Service phone number available, but I couldn't find one anywhere.

I appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks!

EDIT: I was finally able to get it to work by using PayPal.

First of all, this isn't a scripting question. But we won't be able to help you. Please contact Magix support. They do have a "chat" you can use during certain hours.

I didn't notice that/how to access it, I'll look for it. Also, sorry, I know this is in the wrong place but I didn't know any other way to get help. Thanks.
