tracks missing

When I open my soiftware (Sony Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum), my tracks window has disappeared. I have reinstalled the software.and restarted computer, no luck .

In your (not Sony) VEGAS Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum, try selecting Project > Welcome Screen > Power user mode.

And update to the latest build from your MAGIX Account > My products (if you haven't already done that).
