Check also that there are not two activations of the same device, which is known to happen. The VEGAS Pro 15 perpetual license allows simultaneous use/activations on two devices. (Ref. here, p.9.)

Finally, back to normal, up and running. What a nonsense that was.That has to be the most time consuming annoying waste of time I have ever encountered.
Reyfox, you know what? I really don't know! What I do know is that it was a dreadful experience altogether and one I hope to quickly forget. I think they eventually reset something...
