Log into your Magix account and make sure you do not have 2 activations. If so, deactivate one of them.

Check also that there are not two activations of the same device, which is known to happen. The VEGAS Pro 15 perpetual license allows simultaneous use/activations on two devices. (Ref. here, p.9.)

What to do? Is there a support person I might talk with?

Reyfox, you know what? I really don't know! What I do know is that it was a dreadful experience altogether and one I hope to quickly forget. I think they eventually reset something...
