unable to have my program sent to me

I bought Movie Studio Platinum from Best Buy. When I entered the key on the redeem link, I did not realize that I had accidentally entered an extra letter in my email before I hit submit. After I did I quick went and registered that email address hoping to get the email there. My email is very unique and I knew no one would have it. They didn't. I have not received the email with my download and serial number in it. I can't find anywhere where I can have it resent or where I can have it cancelled. And I can't find any way to contact the company, I keep getting routed to the FAQ and the Forum. Can anyone help? Am I out the money I spent on this program because of a typo?

If Best Buy won't help or someone come up with a solution, you might at least try Online Live Chat, advice here section 6.
