Unknown Crash Issue

Good day,

I purchased Vegs Pro 15 (Build 321) this morning and have had nothing but problems with it since I have tried editing some video. My program keeps crashing every 5 minutes or so and I have not found a solution as of yet.

 

When the crash report appears, this is the information it gives:

The only actions I have done in the program so far are placing video in the track, cutting video and cropping some sections.

The program crashes whether I am actively using it and while it is running idle.

 

CPU: i7 7700K @ 4.2 GHz

GPU: MSI NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti

RAM: 16 GB

Same problem here: experienced several crashes during editing and severe crashing during rendering a project that should have no issue at all (just 4 video tracks, 2 audio tracks and some video effects). I just bought VP15 Edit but start to feel it is basically unusable if I can't complete one single rendering. I will try a bit more but if I do not get a solid answer that these problems are going to be fixed and by when, I will ask a refund of the money
