There are already countless comments regarding this. As fr0sty says, you should receive an email in the next couple days containing your serial number for VEGAS Pro 19.

When was the cutoff for this? I upgraded to Pro Studio due to the endless Magix push of popups in June. Suddenly I'm reading 2 for 1 offers and the free upgrade while I might be sitting in the cold after spending all that money. Unfortunately organization here hasn't been stellar, and I've been around since v6 or 7.... PS - updated - thanks for the email. Trying to contact Magix even as a registered customer was and is difficult. A circular support area that leads to the same places and a "chat link" that never appears for me during business hours and "no cookies" warning in Chrome that can never be fixed (using firefox just for magix.) Thanks again.

Vegas Pro has never had a product called Pro Studio. Are you confusing it with a MAGIX product unrelated to Vegas Pro which is a replacement for Vegas Movie Studio?

The 2 for 1 offer related to new purchasers of Vegas Pro 18 during the offer period and meant that they would get Vegas Pro 19 on release as well as getting Vegas Pro 18. There was also a separate offer for existing owners of Vegas Movie Studio to upgrade to Vegas Pro - but only to Vegas Pro 18 from memory. Then there would be the upgrade cost to Vegas Pro 19 to take into account if Vegas Pro 19 was wanted.

Still waiting on my eMail with the serial numbers. Contacted Magix Sales and they said it is going to take longer. Meanwhile I keep checking eMail, Spam folder and My Magix account waiting on some indication

We have had some reports of service providers Mindspring and Earthlink blocking some of these emails when they see a lot of activity because to them the mass mailing of serials looks like spam. You might check with your service provider to see if you were blocked.

Meanwhile, I'm alerting the VEGAS Tech Support manager who will attempt to follow up from our side to see if we can't get to the bottom of this for you. Certainly you should have had your numbers long ago.

Yes I agree something is wrong. Definitely not my DSP it is AT&T they would have sent it to Spam and nothing has showed there. And there is nothing listed on my Products page either. I check all folders daily and have had no indication of anything. I did contact Magix Sales awhile back and they supposedly put a tech assigned to the ticket but the response was that it was going to take longer. I purchased on 8-14-21 so it was within the shutoff date. Any assistance will be appreciated and I see I am not the only one. Thanks for your help

I purchased Vegas Pro 18 Edit with a 2 for one offer to upgrade for free to 19 when it came out. It appears 19 is out and I can not find any upgrade except one that is paid. Will this be sent in email or some posting on the account? The offer that pops up when opening Vegas is a paid upgrade

All after my contact to support/sales and the help of the forum/support community I got an email this morning saying that they reviewed my case ticket and sent my serial #'s and download

By posting here, a ticket was created and, I am really pleased to say, I now have the serial number for Vegas 19 upgrade that I had paid for. Thanks @gary-rebholz I guess. Much appreciated.
