I have not yet received my upgrade serial number to Vegas Pro 19 yet. I purchased Vegas Pro 18 on August 1, 2021 and was supposed to receive Vegas 19 when it came out, just as the previous people had posted. It's very confusing as to who I contact and how. The support links just seem to go to generic FAQ's.

It took me a really long time also I contacted Magix Sales and they opened a case number for me. I listed purchase date, the offer I purchased and the at the time current 18 serial. A month or so passed and they said after reviewing my case here is my serial #'s. Try what vkmast has said and if you can chat directly with someone it will probably go a lot faster. If you get a resolve post back so others who may still be at a loss can possibly find their purchase
