I think i found my issue.. I never saved my presets and such. Therefore, it might be looking for them and cannot find them???

James-Miller wrote on 11/4/2020, 11:46 AM

i can make a new file no problem

michael-harrison wrote on 11/4/2020, 11:48 AM

That shouldn't matter. Presets are applied when you choose them and become nothing more than the settings you would have changed.

Again, is E: a network drive? If yes, copy it local and see if it will open

Is this the only support area for this product? I could not find a phone number on the site.

vkmast wrote on 11/5/2020, 5:56 AM

"Phone support has been suspended" and "this is not likely to change". Currently you need to try and contact VEGAS Support using this https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/interview/ or click SUPPORT NEW at the top of this page and proceed.

Pre-sales and registration help is available via online live chat (see #6 here). (Not sure of tech support from there)

Please remember that there is medical issue affecting most of the world right now and many companies around the world have working at home arrangements in place. Not all of those companies have phone contact facilities in place regardless of size. Vegas Creative Software is not alone in this predicament.
